Jeffrey got several pre and post hurricane pictures.
The first few are of everyone hanging out before Ike rolled in. There are also a few video clips embedded in the slideshow stream of Ike's lighter wind moments. Keep in mind that the worst of it was in the dark between about midnight and 8 am. None of the video Jeff tried to get then came out - go figure.
The rest of the photos are of lines at gas stations and our current and last neighborhoods. For those who have visited us at our last house, you'll recognize the mint green house towards the end of the set. They were our next door neighbors. They now have a huge oak tree through the 2nd story of their house. Really sad stuff. Makes you feel even more lucky to not be dealing with huge repairs right now like so many others.
