Ella Peyton and I went with Aunt Annie and a handful of friends to Camp Honey Creek's Mother/Daughter Weekend last weekend. As always, the weekend did not disappoint! We had a blast, shooting BB guns, riding horses, swimming (ok, not all of us swam), doing archery and just plain old hanging out.
None of the friends we went with had gone before, so we had the privilege of showing them around and giving them the 101 on how the camp is run. Needless to say, they all had a wonderful time. It sounds like at least one of the families we went with will now be sending their daughter 1st term and two of the other families will likely send their girls in the next year or so. I hope that works out. It would be fun for Ella Peyton to have some more friends from home go when she does.
