Season Finale

The Tigers had their last game of the season today, tying the other team 1-1. I believe that makes them officialy undefeated for the season?!? The game was followed by a celebration at one of the local tex-mex joints, owned by one of the coaches. The kids enjoyed great food, great company, and receiving the item that was paramount to the occasion - trophies.

The picture above is of Duncan and the head coach - Chris Penfield. He was hands down the best coach Duncan has had in his 4 seasons playing soccer with the Y. He was motivating, positive, and taught the kids solid skills.

Duncan had a great time this season and learned a lot. I believe it is fairly safe to say he'll be wanting play again in the spring.
