Halloween

We hope everyone had a Happy Halloween! We certainly did. Jeffrey took the kids trick-or-treating around the neighborhood in a pack with a bunch of our neighbors. They loved seeing all of their friends in their costumers and got quite the haul in terms of candy.

I stayed home to pass out candy and it was oddly calm. I suspect we don't get that many trick-or-treaters since we're in a cul-de-sac off the beaten path. It was nice, nonetheless, to have a calm stretch for a while there. Now, if we can only figure out what to do with all of this leftover candy...
