Jon Horton Sighting

At the kids' gymnastics practice, I had a Jon Horton sighting, courtesy of another parent. Apparently, Jon is in training at Cypress Academy and is big stuff - recently winning a bronze medal at the 2010 World Championships in the Netherlands. (see above video for snipits of the competition - he's the one kid from the US).

I had been watching this kid practice (about 10 feet from Duncan) and thought he was pretty good, but had no idea what he had been involved in. As I understand it, he's intending to go to the 2012 Olympics in London. Not too shabby.

It will be fun watching him train over the next few weeks/months before we move!
