We've had a lovely Mother's Day today. To begin the day, I was greeted with gifts this morning from both Jeffrey and the kids. The kids (and Jeffrey) had fun outside this afternoon playing on the slip and slide and with a slew of water balloons. Jeffrey is off to the store as I write to try a new pasta recipe from the Paula Deen cookbook he got me for Mother's Day. I can't wait to try it! Kind of hard to go wrong with pesto, pasta and 4 cheeses I suspect!
