The River Oaks Garden Club held its annual Azalea Trail today. And of course we had to go to our standard stop -Bayou Bend. Unfortunately, it appeared that the Azalea Trail was held about a week to a week and a half early, as most of the azaleas were just about to bloom. That said, the property was still gorgeous and full of blooming tulips, camelias and other beautiful flowers. Bayou Bend always provides plenty of inspiration to go start working on our own garden!
