Feel free to join us in a virtual round of cartwheels... we have a contract on our Houston home! We made it through the option period with the buyers yesterday and are still on track to close the first week of October.
We also have found a home in Steiner Ranch in Austin (pictured above). More pictures of the property can be found by clicking here. We are looking to close on that house also the first week in October.
We're really excited about the move and are so thankful that the house was not effected by the recent fires in Steiner Ranch. As the crow flies, the house is probably 2 - 3 miles from those fires. Fortunately, those fires have been contained well enough that local authorities have allowed residents to reenter the subdivision and school will be back in session tomorrow. The folks there are getting back to business as usual, which we're sure Anne would agree, sounds really good right now!
