Switching things up a bit this year, we hopped in the car and drove up to Arkansas to spend Thanksgiving with the Davis family and the Scotts. It was a lengthy drive, but well worth it. We spent several days laughing, enjoying great food (not to mention too much food), and spending time with family.
While we were there, we got a chance to take in a number of the local hot spots, including Crystal Bridges, Eureka Springs, ice skating at Lawrence Plaza, and we even shopped at Walmart on Thanksgiving night. How can you not when you're in Bentonville, especially when there are deals on sheets to be had?!?
Many thanks to the Davis family (and especially Jessica) for hosting us for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time!
