Jeffrey rang in his birthday EARLY this morning with the lunar eclipse. He and Duncan headed out about 12:30 am and stayed out until around 2 - 2:30. They had fun tracking it on the computer as well as eyeballing it in the sky. Duncan said his favorite part was when it turned red. I'm sure he will never forget getting to see it, which is a good thing. In some places we've read, the statistics state that it's a 1 in every 200 year event.
