Stuart's class at School in the Hills took their annual field trip to Sweet Berry Farm and with things being relatively calm at work, I was able to take the day off and go with them.
His class had a fabulous time! They were escorted by "Farmer Marie", who allowed them to feed goats, took them on a hayride and then through the corn maze, and finally led them through a pumpkin race.
And with respect to my post below, visiting Sweet Berry Farm via field trip during the week is a brilliant way to do it. There are still several groups of kids around, but it's nothing like what you see on a weekend. So glad that Stu got a chance to go check it out!
