Vegetable Lasagna

While Ella napped today, Duncan helped me make vegetable lasagna. He bought into the idea early on when I let him peel carrots. Apparently the peeler is really cool. He also liked learning how to follow the recipe and read what was coming next. It was funny, because in the clip at the top, what you don't hear at the end, is Jeffrey telling Duncan that he was going swimming and asking if Duncan wanted to come. Duncan's response was "Yes, but not yet, I'm cooking right now. You can go sit over there and relax for a while, Dad, while I finish this. Then we can go". We both had to pick our jaws up off the floor.

Oh, and by the way, no, I'm not claiming any responsibility for Duncan's hair-do today. That was all Duncan and his dad!
