Fall Soccer Season

The fall soccer season has officially begun! Duncan had his first practice with the team yesterday and it was GREAT! After last spring's less than optimal experience at the YMCA, we switched over to the Cy-Fair Soccer Organization and thought we'd give it a go through them. They are a little more intense in terms of how frequently they practice and what they expect in terms of parent involvement, but so far, it seems that those are good changes.

We're also fortunate in that the coach, Adrian, is one of our neighbors and his son, Tristan, is one of Duncan's good friends. His approach is serious but positive, which is an excellent mix in my opinion, and one that Duncan really takes to as well.

We're really encouraged by yesterday's great start and look forward to a fun season ahead!
