Duncan's soccer team had their second game of the season this morning. They played hard, but unfortunately did not win. In fact, they lost by a lot. There were some bright spots, though, in that Duncan did a great job on defense. He spent a good bit of the game protecting the goal and helped his team put the breaks on the other team's quick and better organized offense. He's hoping that he'll get to spend more time next week playing offense himself. He's done well in that position in the past, so hopefully his coach will give him an opportunity to show what he can do.
Keep your fingers crossed that next week's game is a bit more successful.
