Green Onions!


 
Jeffrey and Ella Peyton harvested our one and only large batch of green onions last night! The onions ended up doing well (i.e. we didn't have to throw any out). At this point, we're trying to figure out what to make with them. So many options.... so little time...
 
We're also excited that we've started getting a steady stream of tomatoes too. They really do taste quite a bit better than what we typically buy at the grocery store. We also didn't use any pesticides on them so I suppose they're technically organic as well.
 
It looks like the potatoes, carrots and green peppers are next. Can't wait to see how they turn out!
