The Sea Dogs have played three games in the past week, winning 2 and losing 1. Duncan has done pretty well, typically contributing at least one hit per game. He's been moved back to left field, which seems to be just fine with him - I honestly don't think he has a preference about where he is in the field.
He's having a hard time getting excited about baseball these days, which is kind of a shame, because he really is doing pretty well. If he really put effort into it, he could be awesome. But, it looks like baseball may not be in the cards for him in the long run. He understands that he's got to finish out the season, which will likely be another month or so; but, I'd be surprised if he played again next year. Maybe it will be an opportunity to try another sport or something different altogether. We'll have to see. Until then, we'll be encouraging him to keep swinging away and we'll keep rooting for the Sea Dogs!
