A big congratulations to Duncan and Joanna for running the Capitol 10,000 yesterday! They ran the entire race in just over 70 minutes. Duncan was pretty wiped afterwards yesterday, but had had such a good time doing it, that he didn't even care. Special thanks to Joanna for running it with him. He's already looking forward to next year's race!
